8. Connectivity to the Servers

There might be time that the software front-end loses its Internet connection to the quote server or the order server. Whenever that happens, the green squares on the right hand side of the menu bar will turn red to alarm you of network disconnection. One way to re-connect to the servers is to exit the application and then re-login. A more convenient way is to use the Connection function from the menu bar.

As Figure 8 illustrates, you can select Connect Execution Svr and Connect Quote Svr to re-establish network connection to the servers accordingly.
