19. Instant Messenger The Instant Messenger function provides a powerful multi-channel communication platform for broadcasting, chat room, 2-way instant messaging, Live Rep. Support, etc. To bring up the Instant Messenger, go to the menu bar Tools > IMessenger or click on the toolbar icon as Figure 19.1 illustrates.	Figure 19.1
During the first time the Fortex IMessenger launches, you will see the following Security Warning (Figure 19.2) for the IMessenger Java applet. Please click Yes to proceed.	Figure 19.2
The following IMessenger window (Figure 19.3) will appear. You are now ready to start your online communication.	Figure 19.3
