18. Rapid Basket

Rapid Basket function is for users to rapidly enter a basket of orders simultaneously. To bring up the Rapid Basket order entry window, go to the menu bar Trade -> Rapid Basket or click on the toolbar icon as Figure 18.1 illustrates.

The Rapid Basket window has two parts, the upper half being the order entry window, where one can input a list of orders and submit them; and the lower half being the order history window of this Rapid Order window.

The format of the order entry information goes as followed: SIDE QTY SYMBOL PRICE ROUTE. B = Buy, S = Sell and T= Short. Users can have many of these types of lists ready and copy & paste them into the Rapid Order List when necessary, and then click on the Submit button to send the entire list of orders in (see Figure 18.2). Clicking on Refresh will wipe out the current list to clean up the window for new entries.
